This is a cozy 1 bedroom in 4 bedroom condo. The bedroom is available from 24 April, 2024 move in. The room is available for females & single occupancy only.

The rent is 750 & Includes: heat, hot water, electric, internet, in-suite laundry, we also have 3 fridges to share!

Location: 1 min walk to SMU! 30 second walk to mutiple bus stops including #4, 10, 24,29 (which is very convenient to get to Dalhousie).

Pets allowed. Funitures are on sale for low prices if needed

About the roomies: All of the roommates will be females students, chill and open-minded.
