Hello I have 1 room available to do a Lease Takeover for 4 months during the Summer Term.

I will be going back home during the summer so I am looking for 1 solo to do a Lease Takeover.

The lease will be from May 1st, 2024 - Aug. 31, 2024.

There is a total of 4 people and each with their own room, 2 washrooms, a living room, and a kitchen.

There are 2 other guys who are attending Carleton University. Ones studying CS and the other is in Eng and they are both clean.

Each room has a bed, table, and chair included and all furniture in the living room are also included.

Laundry, AC, Heating, WiFi, etc. are included.
