- Heat, hot water, electricity & wifi included
- Washer & dryer in the house
- Room and shared spaces fully furnished

I'm looking for a clean individual to sublease my room from May 1st to August 31st, while I’m away. There are four rooms in the house, three of which are currently occupied, so I have two other roommates. One of my roommates has a cat.

A deposit of the full amount of the rent will be required.
