1 Bedroom and shared 1 Bath in a 2 bedroom apartment.

We’re looking for a female preferably student to sublet a room for the summer. (May-August) There is one other tenant who is a young female.

The apartment is located right in the middle of Sandy hill close to the university, restaurants and parks. The apartment is located on the second floor and there are laundry services in the building.
Bed, desk and other basic furniture is provided but can be moved to make room. Only utility payed for by the tenants is Hydro.

In general looking for someone who is respectful, kind and easy to get along with. The photos we have are from previous tenants but it’s similar to what furniture will be there.
