Looking for responsible seniors to rent in a non-smoking boarding house starting July 1, 2026. this is a safe secure building one block from the hospital and dialysis includes private personal heating and air-conditioning. Each room has its own private bathroom and bedroom. There is a common kitchen and laundry facilities. There is private off street parking available. Absolutely no pets, illicit drug use or smoking in the building. Use of the washing machine is free the dryer it is three dollars a load. Each tenant is given four free tokens each month. Local telephone, Wi-Fi and cable television is included.
A tenancy agreement must be signed and a damage deposit of $400 put down before moving in.
