We have a small bachelor suite for rent, beginning May 15, 2026 in Glenmore Kelowna area, Clifton Road North. We have an amazing view of lake and are within 10min walk to a quite remote beach and 2min away from multiple lakeside trails. . An 8 minute drive from downtown Kelowna and a 12 minute drive to University. We are not on a bus route so you may require a car or an electric bike.

Rent $1200 per month includes internet, cable TV, and heat. Additionally, a small part of electricity will be paid quarterly by the tenant. We have a quite peaceful residence and seeking someone who will appreciate this environment with no pets. Garden plot tools and holes available for those who desire to garden.
