I want to sublet my room from May 1st till 31st Oct. It will be an unfinished room and there is a powder washroom just opposite to my room.

My room is on the Ground Floor and there is a powder washroom just opposite to my room. The main washroom is upstairs.

Kitchen & Living Room - Same floor.
Main washroom - Upstairs.

There are 3 other tenants in the house - 2 in their respective rooms on 2nd floor and 1 in the Living area.

Rent - $800 pm (including utilities)
No separate charge for washing machine.

Internet - $16-17 if you don't need the shared internet then no need to pay

Kitchen Utensils - $200 which includes blenders and dishes.
