Within a 1 to 5-minute walk, you can access bus stops for routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9a&b, and 24. Nearby amenities include grocery stores and the Halifax shopping center. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. The laundry is in the building and is operated by coin. Heat, hot water, and internet are included in the rent, but power is extra. I’m a female postgraduate student at Dalhousie and looking for a mature female student or a professional who values personal privacy.
