We are a group of 3 french students and 2 of us are leaving Montreal for the summer, so we are looking for 1 or 2 roommates to sublet the place from May to August 2024.

Apartment located in the heart of downtown Montreal, 1 minute walk from Concordia University and Guy Concordia metro station. Walking distance from bars, restaurants and grocery stores.
Furnished, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, A/C, WiFi included.
Rent is $2900 total ($967 each), electricity not included.
