Subletting one room near Atwater station from May 1st to July 31st.

You'll be living with 5 roommates (1 boy, 4 girls) in a cozy apartment just a 10-minute walk from Concordia University.
The location is super convenient, with multiple buses and Atwater metro station within 2-min by foot, as well as grocery stores like IGA, Adonis and Dollarama.

The apartment comes fully furnished, and all appliances are included: wifi, microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, and there's a washing machine in the building ($2 per load). The bedroom will be completely empty, with all space available for your belongings.

We're looking for someone friendly and clean, under 25, who will fit in well with our laid-back vibe. No pets allowed, unfortunately.
