My roommate and I are leaving our amazing apartment this summer, and we're looking for someone interested in subletting from July 10th to August 31st, with the possibility of a lease transfer starting in September!

It’s a lovely, bright apartment located in a super convenient area. Everything you need is within walking distance:

Charlevoix Metro (Green Line) – 3 min walk, 10 min to downtown

The charming L’Avant-Goût grocery store – just a few meters away

IGA – 10 min walk

Super C – 15 min walk

‍♂️ Free outdoor skating rink and public pool – 1 block away

Lachine Canal – 2 min walk

The apartment is furnished, and as you can see in the photos, we've added some of our own decor — some of it might stay, some might go, depending on your needs. One of the rooms is slightly larger than the other, both are bright and cozy.

The rent does not include utilities. Expect around $60/month for internet and approximately $75/month for electricity ⚡

We’re ideally looking for someone from July 10 to August 31, but we’re open to other dates — feel free to reach out if you have something else in mind!

Salut !

Mon colocataire et moi quittons notre super appart cet été, et nous cherchons quelqu’un pour une sous-location du 10 juillet au 31 août, avec une possibilité de reprise de bail dès septembre !

C’est un appartement lumineux et agréable, situé dans un quartier hyper pratique. Tout est accessible à pied :

Métro Charlevoix (ligne verte) – 3 min à pied, 10 min du centre-ville

La charmante épicerie L’Avant-Goût – à quelques mètres

IGA – à 10 min à pied

Super C – à 15 min à pied

‍♂️ Piscine publique et patinoire gratuites – à un coin de rue

Canal Lachine – à 2 min à pied

L’appartement est meublé, et comme tu peux le voir sur les photos, on y a mis un peu de notre déco — certaines choses resteront, d’autres non, selon ce qui t’arrange. L’une des chambres est un peu plus grande que l’autre, mais les deux sont lumineuses et confortables.

Le loyer n’inclut pas les charges : il faut compter environ 60$/mois pour l’internet et 75$/mois pour l’électricité.

On cherche idéalement quelqu’un du 10 juillet au 31 août, mais on reste ouverts à d’autres dates si besoin — écris-nous si tu veux en discuter !
