Hi, I’m looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful person (1) to sublet my apartment for 1 month from Dec 2nd-Jan 2nd. It could be extended up to January 11th for additional fee.

It’s a furnished bachelor apartment on the 18th floor with a queen bed, vanity set, sofa, tv, dining area, kitchen (with appliances), and bathroom. It has a balcony with the city view. There’s grocery, restaurant, wine store, pharmacy, and coffee shop down the building. It is close to Bloor St., Sherbourne Station and bus stop (75). A few blocks away from Wellesley station and Yonge street.

No partying
No smoking
No pets
Hydro, heat, and internet are all included in the rent.
Parking not included but for an extra fee.

Requirements:
-valid ID (driving license/ passport)
-study/ work permit
-deposit (during contract signing)
