Hey everyone! I’m looking for a subletter for my room in a renovated student house less than ONE MINUTE WALK from Queen’s University campus in Kingston, Ontario. The house is located at Earl St & Frontenac St, super close to everything — seconds from a grocery store and steps from class!

I’m going on exchange for the winter semester, so my room will be available while I’m away.

Sublet Details:

Move-in: January 2026 (or mid-December 2025 if you want to come early)

End date: Flexible, up until end of August 2026

Rent & Utilities:

I currently pay $1,335/month, but I’m willing to reduce to around $1,090/month

Renovated 2–3 years ago — everything feels modern and fresh

Fully furnished (both common areas and bedrooms)

Clean, cozy, and super well-maintained

You’d be living with 3 other girls studying Kinesiology, Life Sciences, and Economics. Everyone is respectful, tidy, and easy to get along with.

Bonus: One of my roommates might also be going on exchange, so there’s a chance a second room will be available — perfect if you and a friend want to sublet together!
