My roommate and I are looking to sublease our 1 bed, 1 den apartment, (we used it as a two bedroom) starting August 1st until March 30th 2025. The apartment is new, in a good location near the park and train! It has amazing amenities such as 2 gyms, a yoga and spin studio, beautiful rooftop with a barbecue and concierge who uses a spud room. The apartment also comes with one parking spot and one storage unit. No Pets

The new tenants must agree to all the original rules of the lease, sign an agreement and pay a months rent damage deposit which will be used for any damages at the end of term considering we are leaving the place how we found it. An in person screening and if possible a referral would be amazing so I am comfortable with the new tenants.
