Location: The condo is modern and located at Sherbourne and Adelaide St E (Close to GBC). It’s just steps away from the streetcar, grocery stores, St. Lawrence Market, and more—very convenient for everyday essentials.

Rent: $1,052/month. I’m also selling some furniture, including a bed frame, drawer, closet drawer, clothing rack, and curtain with rods for a one-time fee of $200.

The rent includes everything except for the internet. Internet will be split with your roommate, which comes to about $31/month.

Sublet term: October 10th - November 10th. You may be able to extend the lease with the landlord, but note that the rent will increase to $1,150 after the sublet period. If the landlord decides to sign with that person will be till April 10.

Preferred tenants: We are looking for a responsible, working female who can maintain the space and respect the commitments made with the roommate.
