Studio Space Rental

We are looking for audio engineers to partner with to share our studio space in hopes to provide you with a place to create with ease.
Here’s what we’re offering
1 mix room and 2 treated recording spaces, which encompasses a studio floor and isolation booth (total space is approximately 200 sq.ft. for all rooms).
Live floor includes
Neumann TLM-103 and KM-184, Rode NT-2 and NT-5, Shure SM7B, drum mic kit and many more
Full drum kit and electronic drum kit
Bass, acoustic and electric guitars (Taylor and Gibson)
Line 6 guitar amp and Traynor bass amp
8 - 12 I/O for tracking
4 headphone cues
Mix room includes
Apollo x16
Two pairs of professional-grade studio monitors (Mackie HR8 and Yamaha NS-10M)
Outboard compressors
Amp simulators
Professional studio desk with inbound MIDI controller
Along with access to the studios, you also get access to the lounge, board room, kitchen, and large outdoor area (Weather dependent).

$650 per month
3 month minimum term
85-100 hours guaranteed per month

No restrictions clientele or projects
Bookings must be made within guidelines as studio is shared
