Renting our studio rooms to producers and audio engineers, available Jan 1st. The rooms do not include any gear. Two-way monitors and small interfaces can be lent out free of charge on a first come, first serve basis. Includes Internet (WIFI) access.

The studio is located downtown Toronto on College Street and is owned and operated by two award nominated and acclaimed producer/engineers.

There will only be one key given per room lease. All hallways and open spaces are monitors by CCTV cameras and in house studio gear is kept under lock and key. High end studio equipment will be available for rent from the studio owners at their discretion.

This is a rare opportunity to have a studio space Downtown Toronto in the middle of all the action, easily accessible by street car immediately outside the studio or subway station down the street.

There will be a studio manager available to handle technical and lease matters.

Minimum rental period is 6 months. First and last payment required upfront along with post dated cheques.

Due to the competitive nature of our offer, we will give preference to more experienced and serious aspiring producers and engineers.
