-The house is 2 mins away from a bus stop which goes to majority of the citiy sites such as Bramalea city centre (30 mins ), Brampton Go station (15 mins)
- 10 mins drive away from most convenience centers such as Walmart, Metros, Fortinos, Macdonald, Freshco etc.
- Water/Electricity is included, Internet has additional charges (not much).
