Room has curtains, closet organizer, queen bed, desk, chair, bulletin board, hooks and a full length mirror, two night tables w lamps and a walk-in closet w organizer. It has gorgeous huge windows and the house gets tons of natural sunlight! Is a great location for Carleton and Algonquin students!

House also has a huge backyard with 7 raised garden beds and we have a beautiful 1yr old puppy here as well. (So must like dogs :)
Three full bathrooms and a communal tv room.

Rent includes all utilities, laundry use, kitchen use, high speed unlimited internet, toilet paper, laundry, paper towels & cleaning supplies!

Parking is available at extra $50/mo
Food isn't included, but you will have dedicated shelf space in the fridge, freezer and cupboards for your stuff!
