Fully furnished room. 2nd floor front, in beautiful century home. 20 minutes to downtown on 504 King West streetcar. Close to lake, High Park, trendy West Queen West, Liberty Village. Share bathroom, kitchen, TV room/lounge with up to 3 other students. Room has queen bed, dresser, desk, bookcase, closet, 2 chairs, mirror, art. Bathroom has walk-in shower, kitchen has gourmet appliances, fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and so on. All inclusive except parking and laundry (Monster Wash 1 minute away). One person per room. Suit post-secondary, working holiday program, working professional or ESL, female preferred at this time. First and last. Doug and Lynn have 30 years as hosts.
