Looking to rent out a room in my brand-new condo unit at Concord Canada House, just steps away from Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Union Station, and U of T. Ideal for students or young professionals. The building only finished in May 2025 which is when the posted pictures was taken, so everything is clean, modern, and fresh.

I’m currently studying and living here myself and looking for a respectful roommate. You’ll have the option to rent either the bedroom or living room area (price differs—please message for details). The unit has floor-to-ceiling windows and gets great natural light. It’s a calm and comfortable space, perfect for studying or working.
