Rent is $650 for 1 student or 2 students pay $325 each.

Share kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry with two other (male) students.

Space comes furnished with a double bed frame (provide your own mattress), wardrobe, dresser, desk and chair.

Requirements:
1) Proof of education enrollment
2) Signed lease to August 31, 2026 (can be longer)
3) Last month rent and key deposit
