A student-only room within walking distance from the University of Toronto, Toronto Metropolitan University and George Brown College.
No pets, no smoking, no parties.
Local student, international student and LGBTQ are welcome.
The room is located in :
1. basement with window, there are individual of 3 bedrooms, share a kitchen and a bathroom. The room rate for one person is $850. For 4 months lease.
2. In 1st floor, $880/- month, 2 person share 1 bathroom.
All utilities: including water, hot water, gas, heat, electricity, air conditioning are included except internet. There are coin-operated laundry machines in the building. We provide beds and mattresses, chairs, desks, closets.
Lease available from 1 May , July and September 20242024.
For interested students, we need:
1. Student ID
2. Local solid guarantor. For overseas students who do not have a local guarantor, their proposals or requests will be considered.
3. we need your email address, once we receive, we will send our initial questionnaire, and reply to your question and viewing schedule.
