We have been renting rooms to University & College Students for over a decade in the Ottawa/Gatineau region of Canada. As of September 1, 2026 our house has 5 furnished bedrooms for rent. The monthly rental prices for our various rooms are:
$700.00 for a Standard Room
$850.00 for the Master Bedroom
$900.00 for a Large Bedroom with an Ensuite Private Washroom
The house is very clean and well maintained and is only a 15 minute drive to the University of Ottawa and the downtown core of Ottawa. If taking Public Transit, there is a bus stop in front of the house. The bus trip to downtown Ottawa takes only 35 minutes.
The rent includes all utilities, a maid services that cleans the entire house every 2 weeks and the use of the following items:

- Large screen SMART TV in the Living room
- Refrigerator / Freezer
- Double-Oven Stove
- Dishwasher
- Washer & Dryer
