I am renting out a bedroom in a single detached house near the Fisher - Baseline intersection. The house is located close to the Experimental Farm, Algonquin College, and Carleton University.

The bedroom measures around 110 square feet. The bedroom can come furnished with a mattress, bed frame, desk, and chair.

You would be living with four other female university students who attend either Algonquin College or Carleton University.

The bedroom is available for 4 months between January 1 and April 30, 2024. An earlier move-in date might be possible.

You would be sharing a bathroom with one other student. Two cats live in the house.
