Kitchenette with new major appliances (fridge, upright freezer, microwave and mini fridge) and other electric small appliances such as toaster oven, toaster, kettle, rice cooker and crockpot. Dishes, cutlery are provided. Laundry closet with new washing and new dryer machines. Living room with 55 inch tv and sound system. Comes with the following streaming services: Netflix, Crave, Prime, Youtube, and Disney. Asking $950 a month for an eight month rental (September to end of April). Additional months are negotiable. First and last month rent is required.
