IndieFood is renting out limited space at our facility at 11 Wiltshire Ave, Toronto (near Dufferin & Dupont).

Space is available now! Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. Tenants may be able to move in earlier at no cost.

Currently there is 2,500 square feet of refrigerated space and 5,000 square feet of ambient space for rent. We expect to have limited freezer space available later this year.

Space is rented month-to-month. You can leave with one month's notice.

Rent is due the first of the month. Each tenant to provide a refundable security deposit of one month's rent.

Refrigerated - $80/pallet or $6/sq.ft
Ambient -$40/pallet
