- Coin-operated laundry on the lower level

Rental Terms & Expectations:
- Single occupancy only – Rent is for one person
- No drugs, alcohol, or behavioral issues
- Utilities included (electricity, gas, water)
- Internet is tenant’s responsibility
- Many long-term tenants in the building
- 65-year-old building, renovated to contain 18 rooms
