Available September 1 at $750 per month. The other three rooms are rented by professionals in their mid-30’s and 40's who work like crazy, often workout when they get home and head out of town on their days off. They are respectful individuals that are not into partying or having guests over.

The house has three bathrooms, a dining room, large kitchen with a pantry and tons of cupboard space, a deep freeze in the garage, a living room with TV in the basement and another large living room on the main level. In addition, each room is equipped with cable hookups if you want to have your own TV. The house is close to bus stops and there is tons of parking right in front.

Rent includes full cable, extreme speed internet, all furnishings, all utilities, relaxing deck with patio furniture and BBQ, spacious fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso machine and Vitamix, and best of all CLEANING SERVICES!

Availability: September 1 @ $750 per month.
