I am currently looking for a Muslim male that can rent a studio apartment month to month.

I need to find a person who is Honest, Trustworthy, has proof of income, student or working part time or full time.

I will be providing highspeed internet, cable television, hydro, water, tenant insurance for your personal belongings and mailbox access.

The apartment is very clean, spacious, bright studio size apartment near all amenities. (Mc Donald's, Tim Hortons, Banks, Schools, Colleges, University, Gas Station, Shopping Malls, Etc).

I will be asking $550.00 each month.

Place is for sharing with another male Muslim roommate

Must provide:

Photo ID
Proof of income
Enrollment in School
Work letters or paystubs
Credit bureau report like Equifax or Transunion (can be obtained for free on there website)
