Hello. I am looking for a Female student or working professional not from the Ottawa area to share an apartment. It is 950 sq. ft. so there is lot's of room and is close to Algonquin College square and the main bus terminal. The apartment has air-conditioning and all the items that you will need to live comfortably. All you will be required to bring are your essentials. The bedroom has a twin sized modern bunkbed. If you have a female friend or family member, they may move in as well and we can divide the rent accordingly. They too must be a student or working professional. The room can be arranged in anyway you like for your comfort and there are 2 desks and descent closet space. There is laundry in the building and you will need to purchase a laundry card from the laundry room. You will be required (as previous students) to keep your space clean and we share in the cleaning responsibilities or we can work out something. If you drive a car, you'll need to pay for your own parking which is abt $100.00 a month. There are bus stops directly out front of our apartment which is really convenient. This will be available September 1st. If you would like to move in earlier, then just let me know and we'll work it out. You will be required to pay 1st and last months rent in advance and I will take care of the hydro and the internet costs.
