The room is in the lower level of a house located in a quiet and safe neighborhoods. It is just one or two minutes walk to the bus stops on 97 street that have busy buses running, and only needs several minutes to reach NAIT or downtown.
The room is spacious and bright with big windows. It has its own bathroom. The kitchen and laundry are shared with other nice tenants.
High speed internet and all utilities are included. Parking is free along the street. Garage parking is available for a nominal fee.
Half a year lease and one month damage deposit are required. No smoking or drugs are allowed in the house. The tenant has to be a student or have a job. The tenant needs to be quiet and considerate of other tenants.
