Contact Kicks Martial Arts is actively searching for a new space to call home in the south end of Barrie.

We are a dependable, respectful, and stable tenant, established in the Barrie community for 5 years, and we are now looking for a long-term permanant location to grow.

Our requirements are:

Training Area: A minimum of 1,000 sq. ft. of open-concept space (for training mats).

Washrooms: At least one private washroom (two is preferred).

Parking: Must have available parking for our students and families.

Extras: A small area for an office and/or changerooms would be a major bonus.

We are very flexible! We are specifically looking for affordable and unconventional spaces. An unused second floor, a spacious basement, or a flex/industrial unit would be perfect for our needs.

We are fully willing to remodel and invest in the right space to make it our permanent home.
