Looking for a senior/ student/employed male to rent a room in our home. Available for May 01,2025. The room consists of a full size bed, large dresser, computer table & chair, along with a small fridge and TV. Rent is $800.00 which includes a lunch ( can be bagged) and a supper along with laundry and floors cleaned weekly. It also includes wifi and utilities. There is no smoking or substance usages allowed on the property.
