I am looking to sublet my room in a duplex in the South End of Halifax from May 1st to August 31st. It is the downstairs three person unit (one bedroom per person) with a kitchen, bathroom and a living room as the common areas.

The sublet is $855 per month including utilities. Parking is available for $65 per month.

A TV with internet access is available, but there is no cable service.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, sheets, fitted sheets, pillows and pillowcases, a wooden bedside table with drawers, wooden desk, large wooden wardrobe, wooden dresser, leather chair, desk chair and metal bookshelf. The room also features several lights and a nice fan on the desk.

Note that since I am moving to Toronto on Monday April 21st, I will not be able to show the room for in-person viewings after Easter Sunday April 22nd.
