This is a 4 room apartment your own private room with 2 bathrooms, you will be sharing with one other roommate only (bathroom). The 3 other roommates are all first years in the afm program. Very easy to live with, very tidy, and all respectful. Price I’m paying now is $1200, asking for $1145 monthly instead. Thanks.
