Small room for rent on Merrimac Dr in Cole Harbour
Hi there,
My dad is looking to rent a bedroom in his home on Merrimac for $700 a month starting September 1st.
It's a small room on the upper floor of a 2-storey house. The house has a washer, dryer, shared fridge with another border, and 2 bathrooms. My dad, and another male border currently live there. He's ideally looking for a student to rent to, but maybe for the right tenant he'd be flexible.
