The house will be shared with 4 other people. There is 1 tenant in the basement, and in the other bedroom. Me and my father will also be living in the house. I work full time and also run a small at home baking business. My dad also switches between living in Toronto and Niagara Falls. We are not usually home so the space will be fairly open to use. Rules are pretty basic but I do need the kitchen exclusively after 10pm to bake any orders. Please do not hesitate to ask any additional questions about the property.
