Looking for a non-smoker who is a quiet, clean, and respectful professional who doesn’t mind a fluffy cat (though no additional pets will be allowed). Please note that there is no parking available at all (even street parking is very limited) so this location is best for someone who takes the bus. The home is located near easy and convenient bus routes. Please be prepared to give references as well as damage deposit.
