I’m looking to sublet my spare room for a few months this winter. I’m still finalizing my plans, but ideally, I’d love to find someone who can keep an eye on my plants while I’m away. The vibe here is serene, minimalistic, and very “Zen garden,” so I’m hoping for someone with a similar view of what a home should feel like—calm, clean, and earthy.
Here’s who I think would be a perfect fit: a female, young professional or an easygoing, down-to-earth person who’s clean, respectful, and values a simple, peaceful space. Non-smokers only, please (no pets either), as I’d like to keep the environment fresh and sustainable.

About the Space:
2-bedroom, 2-bath condo — you’ll have your own room, bathroom, and closet. Shared spaces include a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry in suite.

Location: Located in a prime spot near Dundas Square but without the noise. Just a 1-minute walk to TMU, Dundas Station, Eaton Centre, Sweat and Tonic, and 10 minutes to the Financial District. Grocery stores, fitness centers, and everything else you need are steps away. Downtown convenience at its best.
