Large room with a small den/room off too the side. NO pets, smoking, and or vaping. There is a smoking room at the back of house, sunroom. Laundry on site. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Wifi is included along wirh heat/hydro/water and sewer. Signed contract for 4-6 months also first and last paid. Very clean and quite in the house. Other tenants are 1 young couple and 3 males.
