Home is a modest, older single detached home that homeowner lives in.

$55 per night when staying longer than 4 days.

Weekly available $385 for 7 days.

$75 per night when staying 4 days or less.

$75 Security deposit to hold room which will go towards your room rental. If you choose not to secure room, there is no guarantee the room will be available when you need it.

$35 cleaning fee

$200 Damage deposit, given back at check out if no damage sustained

Payment due in full for expected duration of stay no different than a hotel. Room is very large.

Must be clean and quiet. No drugs. Excellent for working professionals from out of town.

Kid free, quiet, clean, in the basement and have a full bathroom for guests. Basement living room and laundry room is shared space.
