Grocery stores(independent and farm boy) 1 & 4 blocks from the home. A private lounge in the building that is accessible with the key fob.

An email statement of inclusive rent, with no extra fees, except for electronic key deposit, can be provided in an email, after a discussion, and viewing. The email agreement is void, unless it has been confirmed back in agreement. Applicable ID, Work info, etc, is requested after the in person viewing, and before the sent deposit, if there is an interest.
