Bedroom 3: Attic studio with large walk-in closet, sitting area, queen bed, twin bed – $1,500/month.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and shared areas include a renovated bathroom (2021) and balcony. Bedding, toiletries, and basic essentials are provided. Located in the heart of Cabbagetown, TTC is steps away, with shops, restaurants, and colleges nearby.

$100/month cleaning fee for biweekly cleaning of shared spaces.
