The room rent includes a fully furnished private bedroom with a 3/4 bed and a Japanese mattress, bar fridge, meals, laundry, cleaning and WiFi.

I cooked the food and put it in the fridge and you help yourself to what you want when you want. The kitchen is open 24/7.

You get one free wash and dry per week and the laundry room is down the hallway. You get weekly room cleaning.

An example of a menu is coffee or tea, eggs and bacon, pasta and meat sauce, sandwiches, salad, cookies and fruit. You can have a pack lunch for work or school.
