• Weekly rates are $1,200 (7days),
• Monthly Rates are $3,300 (4weeks).
• If you need to stay less than 7 days, then a daily rate of $200/night would apply with a minimum 3 night stay.

Fee includes all utilities and wi-fi.

This is a furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Pickering, ON. You will have exclusive use of the main & upper level and you will have your own private laundry.

Please note that there is a 4th bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, but it is unfurnished. You are welcomed to use that extra space at no additional cost if needed.

Other costs: $85 cleaning fee on all stays
Deposits: $200 for incidentals/damage (refundable)

No pets and no smoking please.
