The condo, just off 17 Ave SW, is about 15 kilometers from downtown but there is easy and direct access either by bus/C-train or by car and it is a reasonable commute by bicycle. Beautiful well treed neighborhood with pathways and ponds right outside the suite. Relax on the patio with a quiet, serene view through the aspen trees into the pond.

The suite is currently fully furnished. Large bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-in closet, a small dresser and some shelves, and a desk and office chair. Full size bathroom with tub/shower. Full size kitchen with modern, new appliances. Full size washer/dryer in-suite. There is a flat screen tv. The suite is fully furnished with bedroom, living room and dining room furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans, and a few small appliances. Everything you need without having to furnish and stock your new home. Add your own belongings over time as you see fit. One underground parking stall included. Outdoor visitor parking available.
