Hello. We have a spacious master room in a condo located near the intersection of Finch Ave and Victoria Park Ave near Seneca Newnham campus.

The room includes a private bathroom, separate walk-in closet, 2 twin beds, 2 desks, mini-bar refrigerator, 39-inch TV (Amazon Fire TV installed), air conditioning, and heated floor with adjustable temperature. This price includes electricity, heating, hydro, management fee, and unlimited internet.

For short-term stays within 2 months,
$60 for two people, $50 for one person per day

And if you are willing to stay more than two month,
$1,500 for two people,
$1,200 for one person per month

You can move in at any time, and you will receive a $100 discount for staying for more than 6 months.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, electric pot, rice cooker, instant pot, toaster, blender, water purifier, and utensils.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, large TV, bookshelf, and large dining table. You can also use the washing machine and dryer in the unit for free.

The condo facilities include an indoor gym, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, shower room, outdoor tennis court, outdoor basketball court, party room, and CCTV on each floor.

The balcony has a picnic table, heater or fan, so you can enjoy the open view from the southeast-facing sun lights.

We are a young couple, and we welcome those who will use it cleanly as if it were their own home, and those who will be considerate of each other and live comfortably. And if you let your roommates know in advance, you can comfortably have close friends visit.
However, we will politely decline smokers, including those who use electronic cigarettes, due to bronchial allergies.

There are Asian mart within walking distance, and there are also two malls with local Metro Mart, LCBO, Toronto Public Library, Shoppers, bank, post office, beer store, McDonald's, Tim Hortons, Burger King, Popeyes, bakery, and restaurants. If you stay here, I can help you with English for settling in Canada.

The TTC bus station is 1 minute from my home, and the express bus to Finch Station runs frequently, so transportation is convenient even in the cold winter. Since Finch Ave is a busy area, the bus runs 24 hours a day, and there is also a night bus that runs when the subway no longer runs.

The first and last months and key deposit($100) per person must be paid when you receive the keys. I will return the full deposits when you didn't lose keys, the floors and the room don't have any damages.
