A full furnished basement room is available from 1st May. It is a central location on sharing basis. The property has 2 washrooms, kitchen, separate laundry and separate entrance. Alcohol and smoking is not allowed at all. Each room is shared by 2 people, 450 each person. First and last month required. Student has to stay a minimum for 4 months. Bed, Mattress, Dining table and chairs are provided. I keep $100 deposit for cleaning and refund it, if find everything clean.
