Sharing room are available for male student. $425 for Sharing per month. Most my tenants are students from Africa; Available on June 1st.

9 minutes by car, or 23 minutes by bus to Cambrian college. Also, 9 minutes by car, or 19 min by bus to New Sudbury Center. No pet allowed and no smoking, 1st and last month payments are required.
